1. Introduction and Acceptance

By using the mell bat website and its related services, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between mell bat and the user.

To participate in casino games, sports betting and other services on our platform, you must be at least 21 years old 21+. mell bat reserves the right to close any account where proof of age cannot be provided.

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each user may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any stored balance may be forfeited. Information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

mell bat may request documents for account verification at any time. A national ID card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account secure. Passwords must not be shared with anyone, and allowing a third party to operate the account is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at mell bat is ৳500. Payment methods currently accepted are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). Deposits must be sent from a payment method held in the name of the registered account holder.

Deposits made through a third party may be considered void, and the decision to return or retain the related funds rests solely with mell bat.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer.

• Withdrawals may be held if the account has not been verified.
• Winnings cannot be withdrawn while an active bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete.
• Suspicious transactions may take additional time for review.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, it must be wagered 25 times — a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in wagering.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers from mell bat are subject to specific terms and conditions. The relevant terms should be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

• A promotion may only be used once at any given time.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when playing with bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from bonus funds can be converted to real money.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

4.3 Weekly and Special Bonuses

mell bat offers a weekly reload festival, slot adventure bonus, weekend cricket special and other offers at specific times and under specific conditions. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which will be communicated when the offer is made available.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in the event of a technical error, match cancellation or postponement, mell bat will settle the bet according to the applicable rules. If a match is incomplete for an over/under market, the stake may be returned.

5.2 Odds Changes

The odds confirmed at the time of placing a bet are final. Any subsequent change in odds will not affect existing bets. In live betting, odds may change due to network delays, in which case you may be asked to confirm the bet at the new odds.

5.3 Fraud and Misuse

If any user attempts to gain an unfair advantage through software bots, automated programs or any other manipulation, their account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

mell bat's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is awarded each week based on net losses. Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.7% and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Example: as a Silver member with ৳20,000 in net losses in one week, the cashback would be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. Cashback is credited directly to the account and wagering requirements may also apply to it.

VIP tier changes are determined at mell bat's discretion. Tiers may be downgraded if a certain level of activity is not maintained.

7. Responsible Gaming
